How do you maintain quality at scale?
Every task passes through a task lead who owns QA. We use SOPs — not guesswork — for every repeatable output. If something misses the mark, we fix it within one business day, no arguments.
How quickly can my pod start?
Standard scoping takes two to three business days. Once your brief is confirmed and the SOP is signed off, your pod is running. Most clients see first output within the first week.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes — for drafting, formatting, and routing. But every output is reviewed and approved by a human before it reaches you. We never ship raw AI output. That's the loop.
What's your communication protocol?
Async by default — Slack, email, or your preferred tool. Your task lead responds within four business hours. Escalations go to Jervie directly. No customer support tickets, no chatbot runaround.
Are there minimum contract commitments?
No long-term contracts. All engagements are monthly rolling with a 30-day performance guarantee. You can scale up, scale down, or exit with 30 days' notice.
How is pricing structured?
Fixed monthly rates scoped per engagement. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices. The scope is defined upfront — if your needs change mid-month, we agree on a scope amendment before any work starts.
